What does a Reiki session look like?

  1. When you arrive you will fill out some intake papers.

  2. I will check the energy levels of each of your 7 chakras.

  3. We will go into the Reiki healing room where you will lie down on your back on the Reiki table. 

  4. The Reiki session can be hands on or hands off depending on what you are most comfortable with. All chakras located in sensitive areas will always be hands off.

  5. Most sessions last 60 - 90 minutes in length.  

  6. When the session is done I will recheck the energy levels of your chakras so you can see the improvements that have been made.
