What is Spiritual Awakening?

A spiritual awakening is the emotional, mental and physical process we go through when we our soul is raising its vibrational frequency. Everything on planet earth has its own vibrational frequency. Emotions like guilt, shame and hate are some of the lowest vibrations on our planet whereas emotions like joy, love and happiness are some of the highest vibrations available on our planet. You cannot attract a life of happiness and abundance if you are filled with anger, past traumas and dense emotions. Right now the earth is raising its vibrational field which in turn is raising the vibration of everything and everyone on this planet.

A spiritual awakening is a calling to upgrade yourself to a higher consciousness. During a Spiritual awakening you literally wake up and start to see life from whole new prospective. While a spiritual awakening can be confusing and difficult to process at first, the more you come to embody your soul's true life purpose the more love, joy, freedom and abundance will flood into your life. Essentially during the spiritual awakening process your selfish ego is dying, and a new ego focused on oneness and what is best for every living being in our collective consciousness is born. During this time past traumas and old destructive behaviors are coming to the surface to be released. It can be a very emotionally and mentally exhausting experience to clear lifetimes of trauma and your ego will start to freak out because it doesn't like feeling that way, not realizing to get to the joy, love and bliss stages you have to process these difficult feelings.

When you release old traumas you make room for more light to enter your body which will help to raise your vibration and in turn will raise the vibration of those around you.  If you want a successful career, to find the love of your life, to have an abundance of wealth. The first step is to clear your trauma so that you can raise your vibration to the same level as that which you want to attract.
